SwoleX subscriptions are managed through Apple and Google — we never touch your card directly.

How do I cancel my subscription or get a refund?

SwoleX never charges your card directly. Both iOS and Android subscriptions are managed through Apple/Google.

  • iOS: System Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → SwoleX → Cancel.
  • Android: Play Store → tap your avatar → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SwoleX → Cancel.

Refunds go through Apple/Google directly — we can't process them on our end. If you have a clear reason (charged twice, accidental upgrade, immediate cancel), send us a note and we'll back up a refund request to them.

What's the difference between Free, Pro, and Trainer?

  • Free — Unlimited personal logging, history, PRs, social feed, 1 Kevin-built workout per week. No credit card, no trial timer.
  • Pro ($9.99/mo or $79.99/yr) — Everything in Free, plus unlimited Kevin workouts, his weekly training analysis, automatic weight scaling on shared workouts, and access to premium programs.
  • Trainer (7-day free trial, then $29/mo) — Everything in Pro, plus client management tools (assign programs, review progress, share notes), unlimited clients via invite, and access to the AI program builder for your clients. Trainer is a purchase — anyone can subscribe, no application needed. See Become a trainer for the full breakdown.

Creator access (the ability to publish programs to the public catalog) is auto-included with the Trainer subscription. If you don't want to be a Trainer but still want to publish, there's a separate, free, application-based Creator path — we review manually.
